Rob’s path to becoming a Registered Kinesiologist was driven by seeing firsthand the profound impact of movement on a fulfilling life. His goal is to be a catalyst for your positive change, helping you harness that same power.
The name "Upshift Kinesiology" reflects my core philosophy: Rob will meet you where you are and, like shifting gears to reach top speed, you will work together to progressively elevate your health, your peak. Using a principle called progressive overload- making small, consistent steps to achieve significant results, we’ll tailor a strategy for your unique goals: whether that's peak performance, injury prevention, or effective rehabilitation.
Rob’s practice is built on personalized, exercise-focused care where your time is 100% dedicated to you. Rob specializes in bridging the gap between formal rehab and a full return to work, sport, and life, empowering you with tools that fit your world. If you're feeling "stuck" after an injury, Rob will listen, and together you'll build a path forward that restores both your physical capability and your confidence.
As a Registered Kinesiologist, personal trainer, strength coach, and lifelong athlete, Rob offers a unique blend of professional knowledge and a relatable understanding of the physical journey.
